- Open Door: M-F, 9:00-2:00

- Train: A, C, 1 to 168th St. and walk to 163rd St. between Ft. Washington Ave and Riverside Drive
- Bus: Manhattan #4 bus stops (southbound) in front of agency between 164th and 163rd Streets on Ft. Washington Avenue. Northbound stop is one block away on Broadway.
