2. Where are you located? How do I get there? We are at 99 Ft. Washington on the corner of 163rd Street. Take A, C, 1 train to 168th St. and walk to 163rd Street between Ft. Washington Ave and Riverside Drive.

3. When are you open?
The Administrative offices are open M-F, 8:30-4:30.
Community Caregiving is open from M-Sat, 10:00-3:00.
The Senior Center also open M-F, 8:30-4:30; and Saturdays, 10:00-2:00.
Community Case Management opens M-F, 8:30-4:30
