2. Where are you located? How do I get there?
We are at 99 Ft. Washington on the corner of 163rd Street. Take A, C, 1  train to 168th St. and walk to 163rd Street between Ft. Washington Ave and Riverside Drive. Southbound Manhattan Bus #4 stops in front of the agency. Northbound #4 stop is one block away on Broadway.

3. When are you open?
The Administrative offices are open M-F, 8:30-4:30.
Community Caregiving is open from M-Sat, 10:00-3:00.
The Senior Center also open M-F, 8:30-4:30; and Saturdays, 10:00-2:00.
Community Case Management opens M-F, 8:30-4:30
Open Door is from M-F, 9:00-2:00

4. What type of services are available?
Each program offers unique services to meet certain senior’s needs. For a complete list of services offered by each program, please click here.

5. What are the eligibility requirements?
The only eligibility requirement for the Riverstone Senior Life Center program is that you are 60 years of age or older. Other programs have additional eligibility requirements that are listed in the description of the program, which can be viewed by
clicking here.

6. Is there a fee?
There is a voluntary contribution of $1 for lunch.
Community Caregiving has a sliding fee scale.
Community Case Management charges a fee for its chore service.
