In the time that it takes you to read this page, another person will be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in the United States. You may know someone close to you who confronts this struggle, or is a caregiver. On a national level, we face a serious problem. On a local level, Riverstone seeks to address individual cases of fathers and mothers, wives and husbands, aunts and uncles who have been diagnosed or care for a loved one with memory loss.
Your donation to Riverstone helps change someone’s outlook on life by supporting supervised, engaging, therapeutic and caring activities six days a week for people with memory loss due to Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia, AND free exercise classe, supportive services and education for caregivers who play such an important role.
We know there are many demands on your donation dollars. We hope “giving local” remains important to you. Riverstone seniors invite you to visit them: see how their days are more creative, warmer and more engaged thanks to Riverstone and YOU!
