StoryCorps Legacy was thrilled to launch a three-month partnership with Riverstone Senior Life Services in New York City this October. Riverstone is a multipurpose, bilingual senior service agency that supports older adults in Washington Heights.
Members of Riverstone’s Social Work Department have been enthusiastically facilitating Legacy recordings for almost three months. To date, participants’ conversation topics have ranged from falling in love, to immigrating to the United States, and from raising children, to their favorite books and pets.
We’re pleased to have Riverstone as a Legacy partner and look forward to all of the meaningful stories collected through our collaboration.
