Note from Rebecca Carel upon announcing retirement

For the past 23 years at Riverstone I’ve been involved with interesting, dedicated people – staff, colleagues, supporters, clients – and never had a boring day.  But now it is time for the next phase of my life and I expect to be retired by January 1. 

When someone has been the Executive Director for a very long time, it is easy to say that he or she “cannot be replaced.”  But I know there is a right person out there to continue our outstanding programs and move Riverstone forward.

Thank you to everyone who has been with me and the agency along the way.
