Memory Center Open House – For Community Partners

Join us for a special Open House to learn about the Riverstone Memory Center, A Social Adult Daycare Program for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. This event is specifically for Community-Based Organizations that may have clients in need of the Memory Center.
During the open house, you will:
- Take a tour & meet the team
- Learn about programs and services
- Explore caregiver resources
- Discover referral opportunities & partnership possibilities
Free to Attend, but Registration is required
